★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading upon the excellent reviews in Google, I decided to visit this restaurant yesterday. I ordered 1 Plate Chicken Biryani and they promptly served me the order. Unfortunately the rice was totally undercooked and some of the rice grains were so hard that it was producing a metallic sound in friction with the plate. I could not even eat half of the biryani! I complained to the waiters and he did not even cared to listen to me. Finally I came downstairs and again shared my concern with the uncooked biryani rice in the payment counter. The lady also did not even bother to listen to me !
It was a horrible experience. I have never ever tasted such a bad Biryani in any restaurant of Uttarpara. At the same time, the careless attitude of the management compelled me to write this review.
