They take proper care for the vehicles and service executives are very knowledgeable about their product. One can experience complete Bajaj here.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across their service centre while returning home from some work on G.T. Road, Bhadrakali. I got my motorcycle's chain lubed only. The service personnel offered me full service at a reasonable rate. There was a long queue of motorcycles to be serviced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My association with this dealership started wayback in Dec 2010 with the purchase of a black Pulsar 220F.The deal was honoured with same-day delivery, which made it a very pleasurable experience ☺.
In 2016, the bond strengthened when Mr. Narayan Shroff (owner) helped me communicate with USG KTM for my purchase of Duke 390. The registration & road tax procedure was also handled by him and was a breeze.
2017, and Bajaj launched the much awaited Dominar 400, and Mr. Shroff was again to my rescue, with once more a "same-day" delivery. Customer delight elevated when he waited in the showroom till 10pm at night as I was late to receive the bike due to office load.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experience in this place.. We approached there for checking the Dominar 400 which I was very much interested to buy in this month .. the owner is very nice (I heard from my friend before) but the people that work there are just too bad with their behaviour.. Its obvious that I am gonna sit on the bike to check the comfortablity before putting 2.6 lakhs in it. As soon as I sat on the bike I don't known wth happened they Seem to have problem With sitting there .they were telling Scratch hobe ..I have been in many Top class showrooms before, not a single people there hesitate on sitting on any bike..I guess ,They seem to judge us with the dressing as we were in normal trousers until they saw our bikes we parked Right infront.. This behaviour was very unexpected and if the Owner is seeing this review just be aware these guys would put the reputation of your showroom down for sure ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both shanti and visntu auto are relatives......They have they worst service as well as customer service. They are tooo arogant to the customers....zero negotiation from there side. Shanti bajaj is a not a direct dealer.....he is a franchisee........shanti bajaj purchase bikea from dankuni bajaj.
In my life I purchased two bikes of bajaj ,but didnot purchase from shanti bajaj although I stay at the nearby locality......I purchased from OSL bajaj minto park.
Regarding service quality of bike,is the worst part as child labour is practiced in that shanti bajaj only. Small kids under 15 are working there.
THEY DONOT PROVIDE PROPER GST BILLS TO THE CUSTOMERS EVEN I HAVE COMPLAINED THIS TO BAJAJ AUTO HEADQUARTER.
THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THE MRP TAGS IN SPARE PARTS AND ENGINE OIL
