★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic store. The whole lot of em.. absolute joke. Sell to you at a low price to 'build a relationship'. The real reason they can go so low is because they're selling broken/faulty products with fake after sales promises. Nikhil, the store manager is an absolute con artist and pretends to care about building a customer base.
Go across to Delhi Electronics or just turn up to an official retailer. You will probably spend a bit more but will be sold a legitimate product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying from them since the past 5 years given their proximity to where I live. We havent gotten great discounts but there was an assurance that since we are living in the vicinity and this shop has been in Galleria for some time they would give after service. IN april 2019 I bought 2 phones fro them - an iPhone XR and a Samsung s10e both on HDFC card with assured cashback. We are in August now and no cashback has been received. As a retailer they keep saying we have emailed we are waiting. 10 days more 15 days more. It's a complete con job as they blame some third party who blame the bank who blame the phone companies. Absolutely rubbish experience. Not many people check if cashback has been credited is what I was told by one of their staff members!!!!

They have given me defective charger car charger and from last three times they are making me suffer I am constantly visiting their store they say come on Wednesday then on Monday then on Saturday every time this thing is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words to the staff but the management in this organisation are nightmare, just to collect my own stuff makes me wait for the whole day, lets say if i have something to exchange/replacement that might make you wait a month or even a year.
Worse experience i have had here..
I regret myself that i have stuck with this sellers..
