★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time we have visited here to buy tiles for our lift (elevator) area and 2 kitches. We have paid full amount and the order was expected to be delivered next day. The have delivered the order but they have sent only lift tiles and did not inform us that they are not sending the kitchen tiles. After 4 days we started the work and we realized kitchen tiles were not present and when we called them back then they told that they haven't sent.
Such an irresponsibly towards customers. Very poor service.
I'll never go there again and will never trust them. I have shared this to my friends and colleagues too.

Bought beautiful tiles and other bathroom stuff almost three years ago. Needed invoice for a service call. Kiran has been patient and Rajesh -quickest response !!! Kudos. The service quality is on par with international standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for all new home needs under one roof...plumbing, sanitary items, lights, fans, ceiling, mirrors, designer wash basins, tiles what not. Staff is very courteous and polite with lot of patience and always with a smile which is very important for any customer. Exchange of any items are damn easy, no hassles, one can do any of the two stores situated at Resapuvanipalem and Madhurawada. I have exchanged atleast 5 times for my home renovation. Rates are compartively lower than other stores. 4 wheeler parking is a problem near the store as its on very busy road. It would be really great if service can be improved specially services tied up with the company. Overall very good store for home needs and store name exactly suits...LIVING LINES.
