★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this Sunday afternoon to this store for window shopping. We were the only ones there. But that did not mean that we would have received any courtesy from the salesman/manager there.
While Lladro is a very renowned name and nothing writtem about their work will do justice to them. They have been around for a very long time and as we decide to decorate our new house, we aspire to own an artefact from this brand. However, our trip to this particular store was not exactly a pleasant one and I do have thoughts about the man who was supposed to be attending us at this store.
While we marveled at the ceramics on display, we had a couple of questions for the store manager, which he seemed either least interested in answering, had no idea about the answer to our questions or simply thought it too beneath him to engage with visitors at his store. Through out our time there, he acted high and mighty and had a very annoying body language that put us right off. Just when we were leaving the store/boutique my husband said thanks to him, to which he didn't even bother to respond, probably because it was below him to do so. Atleast that's what his attitude was yelling back to us.
Very disappointed. Do better and check your attitude.
