★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoes are good in South City Mall Metro shoes but regret to say that the employees are not so honest. My daughter purse along with the money and a new costly mobile phone was stolen inside the shop on 2nd October, 2021. Upon asking the help from the shop manager for the cctv footage, manager did not co-operate. Ultimately we lodged a police complaint. We are very much unhappy with that particular shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good shoe shop with plenty of stocks. What needs to be mentioned specially is the excellent and dedicated customer services of the sales persons. One salesperson rendered the service with his expertise in a pleasing manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesmen are irritating and intrusive too much and keeps on pestering even if I do not like a product. Continuously interferes into conversation amongst family members. On a recent visit on 25 th December, my experience was really bad. In the past they didn't behave this way.
Wouldn't like to go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an old and laggard customer of metro since lasr 14 yrs. The prices are good but the quality of the shoes are not fair . The pasting is terribly weak .I bought 2 pairs of shoes one lasted for 1 wear and the others for 2 wears so I am extremely disappointed ?with such a performance which was not expected when I had entered the shop . I have been regular customer of your shop since the last 14 years but this time I am really upset at you performance so I have a
keen request that I don't want any other human being to get affected by this same problem .

This review is for the South City Mall store. The guy sitting at the cash counter stole money. We purchased an item which costed a little over 2500 Rs I paid him 3000 Rs all in 500Rs. My wife and I were talking while he was preparing the printed receipt when suddenly he said I paid only 2500. I was pretty sure I paid 3000 and then when I paid an additional 500 we saw a single 500 Rs bill in his cash drawer that is just laying there and not stacked with the rest of the cash in there. Everyone beware shopping here.
