★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have on a couple of occasions in the recent past, visited this store, looking for shoes that I have seen advertised. My first requirement was shoes of size 11. On both occasions, no one from your staff came up to offer help; I had to actually find some to help. It was not that the staff were all busy with other customers. In fact several of them were either busy talking amongst themselves, or engaged with their mobile phones. When I mentioned that the size I required was 11, I was told in an off hand manner that they do not stock size 11. That was it. No attempt was made to offer an alternative, to try on the largest size the store had in case something fitted. It was a complete lack of interest in the customer.
With this attitude, good luck.
