★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House keeping good and attentive! Restaurant is great, with a large menu.
But should reduce the quantity a bit, so food is not wasted.
They are not ar all strict about Pandemic . Guests roam around without maks, even staff at the reception are not particular about being masked.
No sanitizer could be visible around the premises . Only one at the main entrance of the resort.
Restaurant did not have sanitisers in individual tables!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever.. the attendents are pathetic, not interested in entertaining customers looking for clothes or something else. They're totally unwelcoming towards the customers. I won't be visiting the store ever again.

From women's clothesline to dresses for men....they have it all...
They even have a dedicated section for lingerie products...
There are proper fitting rooms where you can try out before buying the products...
The staff over here is very courteous and not that much pushy...
Also one more good part about this brand is that they adhere to quality parameters for all of their products...
Being a global brand the price range is bit on the higher side...compared to the Indian brand apparel shops out here in the mall...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The south city kolkata outlet of M&S is the most pathetic one. Extremely rude and inexperienced staff, couldn't careless attitude towards customers. Trial room attendant extremely rude. Billing counters totally inefficient, no change available which is a regular problem here, huge que for billing, but only 1 counter operational with incapable staff. With this kind of a reputation I don't think they should open shop. Stop taking customers for granted.
