β β β β β While the store has alot of great products the staff really need to understand customer service. I came to purchase a ring and the behaviour received was terrible. When we entered the store there were no people but we were treated like we do not belong. The staff refused to take out more than 1 ring at a time. Understandable that it may be store policy, but the behaviour was rude and arrogant. When we went for billing, the person in the counter behaved just as badly. I asked her if they would change the metal if i faced any issues, even if I paid and I was answered with a 'No!'
I understand that I may not look like an uber rich lady, but does that justify the behaviour? Really disheartened by the behaviour and I don't think I will be buying anything further from this store!
