★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store 's items were chaotic and misplaced. The floor service was okay, one of the ladies who did the billing refused to use my loyalty card and due to her negligence, she insisted I make a new card, and then while she's making me a new card she says I can't use the same telephone number. I mean she was the most misinformed body shop employee I have encountered at body shop. Please get better informed staff for assistance of the customers. My first bad experience at a body shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this place. Some of the products had older manufacturing dates, whose quality I was skeptical about. Strangely enough, the product that I went to purchase - had 2 samples, both of which had the same manufacturing dates but different expiry date. I was amazed to see that and hope management will take care of that.
