β β β β β First of all, I think I'd be more comfortable with girl staff as they would be able to help and not just stand there. The staff is extremely demotivated and behaves like they are doing you a favour.
I went there to purchase a few items and by the time i came out, I literally didn't want to to go there again and didn't even end up asking about a few products that I wanted coz they were so uninterested. They could actually make you feel guilty for asking questions about their products. This was my first time at the store and probably the last. Even local shops treat their customers well. Extremely disappointed. Should have read the reviews before going. Wasn't expected from nykaa. I was so excited to visit the store and they totally killed it for me.

Girl staff behaviour is so bad. They behave like they are doing some favour on you.
They donβt assist well.
They suggested me wrong shades in foundation & didnβt even take responsibility for that. I had spend more than 8k on wrong product bcs of them.
Pathetic.

β β β β β Don't buy from the store. They suggest wrong products and they don't even take responsibility for the same. This was my second incident with them. Have also reported the same to higher management.
Store manager is Azim Siddiqui and he don't even cares for the customers or likes to know feedbacks.
Also, salespersons are not trained well for example, Rahul Banic and Raj. They just misguide you for fulfilling their targets.

I tried different combination of eyeshade and lipstick to suit my makeup look for friends wedding... The staff was nice and were so calm and helping to make the choice...
