β β β β β Nonsence behaviour with passanger...taking money in advance and fill petrol in cab then change rules and regulations and speak unwanted words and dont agree to give return money if passanger cancel their trip..
Request to all dont book cab...otherwise you face number of problems and unwanted words and galiya

They load sacks in the whole gallery leaving no place to walk, and the staff is not polite as well. I suggest if U want a good comfortable journey, never book tickets frm. The agency

β β β β β It was the worst of Experience ever to travel in a bus.
First of all it ran lat by 3-4 hours.
Secondly the Driver denied dropping me at Dropping point despite me having valid ticket & dropping point mentioned on it.
Thirdly the Look & feel of the bis was dark & awful.Seats & blankets were smelly. The condition of the bus was worst in Maintainence part.
Which led to broke down at Lonavla & passengers along with me stuck at Highway.
Neither did the office respond to our calls nor the driver or his companions who were equally useless did anything.
3hours of ordeal was just unbearable.
Not recommended at all.
