We reached the store at around 10.40 am today at South City Mall and the lady had asked us to visit after 20 mins as they were not ready although they seemed quite ready.
We had bought a t shirt from another store and wanted an exchange but the lady was disinterested in making us do the selection. We were basically on our own.
I don't understand whether it is the general policy of Tommy or that they behave indifferently with customers coming for an exchange.
