★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it less than one star if i could!!! very bad nail experience and pathetic customer service ever No response at all.. I visited this salon for the first time since it was near my house and read 2-3 good reviews .. but after my service for gel nail paint i had to visit twice in 15 days for repolishing as the service was not good .. and the removal process today was all the more horrible they removed my cuticle skin .. i would not recommend this salon basis review but experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your nails done. I really like the way they make your nails look beautiful and pretty.
I loved their clean work and there was proper sanitation done as you enter the studio.
Excellent and comfortable service. It was worth giving it a try.
All the products used were also of the "best quality".

Having said this only disappointment is instead of asking me which type of nails I want they decided themselves that temporary nails would suit me. It will be great if you let client decide which type of nails they would want, otherwise its totally worth the visit.

My nail came off within 2 days
I asked them to give me acrylics but they said that my booking is for semi permanent one. I did not say anything about what i want as a base before booking it. And somehow my booking was for semi permanent one, wherein they just stick nail and put polish over it. This never happens in other salons they give what the customer ask for.
I prefer acrylics as i also wanted to get it done next month. But the lady said no. They lack technicians and will not give you what you ask for because they have only 2 technicians working out of which 1 is experienced and one is still learning ( Girl who is still learning did mine). The lady who works there is also super rude to the new girl. They overcharge. Did not like the nail. I requested for a different nail design. They said that it would cost me 250 each finger. For the same manicure with the added flower dots. Adding flowers would cost me 250 rs each finger.
If you lack technicians then say it. Stop adding charges to avoid customers request. I paid 2999 for this nail. There are other place who would have done the same nail for a better price with what i actually wanted.
Will never recommend them. My sister who is getting married wanted to get her nails done here too because it is close to where we live. But now that i have second bad experience with them. Will not let her.
First time i visited them in November for my brothers wedding. They again gave reasons and added charges.
I hated the nails but the lady working on counter was already so rude to this poor girl doing my nails. That i accepted whatever she did. I did not wanted her to get in trouble.
Also two different hand with two different nail length and shape
