Don't buy everything from Lloyds brand they are very fake my washing machine have some issues and I don't know what the problem but they saying it's on chargebl basis of we come here why company give 5 years service if they don't help there customer .totaly disappointed

i purchased an split ac 2 ton invert er , the supply i received was faulty from day one ...the maintenance team is on and all misbehaving, full of goons. in less than a time of 2 months AC had been in problem three times. must avoid if the peace of mind is precious.

Worst servicing. No gst bill. Technicians purchase components from after market and install. They don’t give gst bill. Components lasts for 2-3 months hardly then again you have to pay more than 3000₹ every year inspite of product is in warranty. No reply for sent emails. Will never buy LLoyd product again.

Worst service levels. Logged in complaint on March 20, the technician could not source the part. When he stopped receiving my call, I called up customer care again and realized that he already cancelled the call. Again logged in new complaint on April 8. The second technician got the wrong part then stopped reeving my call. I called up customer care again and realized that the second technician also cancelled the call. Now, for last 10 minutes I have been listening messages about how to dispose off my AC while waiting for the call center executive to come online. Couldn't have been more apt message.
