★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concerned person did not show up after half an hour also. When i called he said he will come the next day. Either they should have informed earlier regarding the reschedule or not made those slots available. I wasted my time arranging stuff because I thought they would come. Very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC repair done, spent Rs 6800 AC cooling is Nil, the person who attended work not answering phone, do not waste money on this service provider, local ramu phone is also not aswered for filing grivience. Public or cautioned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have availed their service for my Aquaguard water filter. Very promptly they sent a technician by name Mr.Praveen Kumar on 31st August 2021. Praveen kumar took Rs.11,500 and said 3 years warranty will be provided. Today when there was a problem with the water filter I tried contacting him and he asked me to contact Local Ramu. The lady who answered said they have dispensed with the services of Praveen Kumar and hence they are helpless and i have got to deal directly with Praveen Kumar who is now not taking my call.
Dont trust LOCAL RAMU since this is a typical local, unprofessional and uncouth company. Integrity of this company is highly doubtful. I am soon going to take remedial action against them and I suggest all the prospective customers to be wary of this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are No. 1 fraud. They dont have professional people with them. I have got my AC repaired recently. They charged 4,000/- to change mother board. Two filthy, stinking guys came and they took 4 hours to repsir. They dont know abc of AC repair. They told it is one year warranty, but after 4 months its gone again. They r not willing to accept their mistake.
In another instance, they send a plumber, who is an unprofessional and repaired the bathroom fitting. This lasted for only few months. He charged 1,500/-.
Pls do not take these guys services. Very arrogant and third class people. They are not local ramu... They are locsl goondaas.... ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, don’t believe this company as I was cheated very badly. They send the guys when you have a problem and those guys enter into AMC which is not honoured neither the guy came in not this company. So untrustworthy guys do the business and exploit the retail customers. Pls don’t resort any sort of services with these kind of guys. They have entered into AMC for 3 years for water filter for 7800/- and gone with the wind. We have tried reaching the number they have given which is either busy or non responsive. You could imagine the services offered and pls don’t encourage at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to move my a/c to my new house,, I requested their service. Initially over the phone they mentioned that 1500 service charge including Uninstallation and installation plus 800 for the stand and I asked if there is any hidden charges. They said they have to visit the site to quote and I shared the location. They visited in the evening and again I told them clearly that I need to know the final price before they start the work. But before giving the final price started uninstalling the device and I stopped him and told him to provide the total charges before starting the work. Now he started saying that it will cost ₹5700. When I said, I will get few quote from few more service provides and decide, he started demanding ₹250 visiting charges. Lesson learnt is never go for such service, it is better to go for a local Guy for such services, he may may need couple of calls to come and do it, but he will not rob you like this and atleast he will do the fair job, these guys after getting the money they will disapper. The guy was very unprofessional and screaming at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience with LocalRamu, recently got done Refrigerator repair( Gas filling) about 15 days back, but it didn't work from the same day. Same thing been communicated to the mechanic but he didn't turn to rectify. Then same been escalated to LocalRamu where they were keep on giving false assurance. They don't have curtecy to ensure the mechanic visit and rectify the issues. They just stealing people money it is almost 15 days now so far no response from the LocalRamu. Big cheating company and they are not even verifying whether the technician is competent or not. Please don't prefer these cheaters and they are not customer supportive.
