★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you can buy 1 Bhk flats from lodha if you have a budget of minimum 25 lacs. Lodha provides you with different carpet areas ranging from 305, 334, 370, etc. They might have other areas too but these are the ones I am aware of. Recently, they also have started advertising about their 2BHk homes around here. Lodha provides you with facilities such as 24 hrs water and electricity, swimming pool, club house, gymnasium, and even an SSC school within its premises. Though most of the services mentioned above are still under construction and will take 2021 for completion. Around the premises you will find stores such as hardware, general stores, medical as well as wine and hardware shop. Lodha also provides you with a bus service which is from golden dream to dombivli station, Taloja Metro Station as well as experia mall. Note that these are all 3 different bus services and not all combined in one. The flats provided are good and well built. Eateries and Restaurants are also within walking distance of thise project. Overall, You have all the basic facilities around here along with the brand name lodha. Note that water logging issue that people are concerned is not of this area as this area is on the upper side, as well as it was once in a blue moon issue which had occur and is less likely to even occur again.

Good walking area. Friendly people in society. Best rent rates available. Bus facility to and from society to Dombivli station. Been here for more than a year. Will extend tenure for sure. Beautiful place to live.

Good place to stay for peoples who has job, offices at Dombivli, Ambernath, Mhape, Taloja, Panvel, Kharghar etc. It's Lodha Golden Dream and Lodha Golden Sunrise. Traveling is not convenient though bus facility is there.. not sure about upcoming metro...
