. Sky scraper buildings with good view available for people living in higher floors. If you are visitors then Bad News is No car parking available inside the complex and outside area is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hall and dining areas are small and so are the bathrooms and common bedroom. However, the master bedroom is very spacious, something like 10"X16". That is a luxury. there is a small balcony and covered parking. We could not get a chance to see the amenities, club house etc. because they have a stupid rule of not allowing potential buyers in the premise between 12 and 2. God knows why not?? However all this at 1.17 Cr is a decent deal. Besides, there is Rustomjee's commercial development coming up on the opposite road and that augurs well for future in terms of rental potential. However, the owner may have to do with slums on the way to the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to live with your family. Kanjurmag station is on walking distance and this place is very near and connected to Powai. It has swimming pool, gym, playing areas for different age group kids. And very beautiful landscape design even if you walk through or look down from your balcony. There is a society formed which used to organise different festivals and events on major holidays like Independence day. They organize different competitions for different age groups from kids to their grandparents. This place also contain a temple with in premises of Lord Ganesha. There is a running track across the garden area, people use to walk and jogging in morning and evening, but there is a problem when you're jogging you've to break your flow becouse these tracks has no continuation, you probably has to turn quickly. Moreover this place has a lovely garden where landscape designer has put lemongrass. I've stayed in garden for two long hours. Its so soothing.
