You can courier your faulty products and they will courier it back.
Also, you can arrange for courier pickups of your replaced products.

I had a mouse with double click issue. I submitted it and got the replacement within couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service center, polite staff. Got my G102 Prodigy replaced under warranty. as Logitech has stopped manufacturing the prodigy model, they gave the replacement of G102 Lightsync. its basically the same mouse but with 3 localized RGB zones rather than a single RGB backlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff over here don't seem to care for customers. Casual attitude. They call lunch time as 1pm to 2pm but there are days where their lunch goes upto 3:30pm. Try and avoid this service centre

Pretty simple and straightforward process.
Though they do not give you the box of the replaced product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens from Monday to Friday and Saturday full day on 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. The timings are 10Am to 5PM. One should carry the printout of the invoice for replacement. One should also bring the USB adapter. Usual replacement time is 30-45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is pretty good, although I had to wait for 10 minutes even when no other customers were before me in the queue. The thing I didn't like was they have 45 days waiting time for replacement of a Mouse.
