Good service. Went for mouse replacement and was out within 1 hour. Sitting area is just for 4 people and they have good footfall. Receptionist was helpful and attentive to request.

Staff Is not well educated they are not replying correctly to customers if you ask anything regarding your product they said replace it with new one ?and no other information you get from this place.

I bought a Logitech G403 HERO gaming mouse. It had some click problems and was under warranty period, so I gave it for repairs to the vendor from whom I bought it. He told me that it cannot be repaired and has to be replaced. It took 3 weeks to replace the mouse and when I got it back, it was not of the same quality as of the one I bought. The additional weight coin was missing and also the wire was not braided and was made with a very cheap quality material. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the replacement and the service provided by the service centre. Even the vendor was not very satisfactory on this very front as he said that it's my fault that I gave the mouse, for repairs, with the weight coin and did not removed it while handing it over to him, when I asked that the wire is not of same quality he had no words of explanation. I bought a Logitech mouse because I was told that it has excellent costumer service but I found absolutely incorrect.

I submitted my mouse one month ago here and now their phone is switched off since the beginning and no is replying to my mails too. Service centre is far from my home so i can't just go there to check without calling. In the beginning i was getting status update sms but now that has also stopped. terrible service.

Pros: My product was replaced successfully. Cons: *It took 15 days to replace my product *Receptionist was not good, she opened the new product without showing me if it was sealed or not. So what's the proof that it was a new product? Also when i asked her to show me whether the new mouse is working or not.. she said we don't do that and its not in our policy please read the terms and conditions I read terms and conditions in front of her and it was clearly written that product should be demonstrated before handing over. Strange? Her partner then demonstrated me. I deducted 1 star for 15 days wait And 1 star because of receptionist.

Pathetic service centre took exact one month to replace my TWO G102 mouse. They don't pickup call usually and the two ladies who collects the RMA products are doing their work like they've been beaten up by someone and doing intentionally

Their services have improved quite a bit after the renovation. 1) Firstly the staff The staff have a mixed personality. Some are helpful while others are not but atleast everyone is polite. 2) Time taken to submit the product There is no token system at present so first come first serve is out of the question. Whoever explains the problem first will always take the lead. My average time spent here to submit or receive the product is around 1 hour. 3) Two Service Centres This place acts as service centre of MSI as well as Logitech. Even if you have a minimal issue it won't be fixed right away. They check every problem in detail so that issue doesn't persist again which is a plus point. 4) Facilities They have drinking water available with disposable glasses. Washroom is also available which is clean and well maintained. Seating of 4-5 people is available which is good according to the space available. Summary If they could just improve the time taken to receive or give the product then it would be great. A token system is required and will be much appreciated.
