★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is run under the name of Ensure Support Services India Ltd. Headquartered in Chennai and it's Ahmedabad centre is located in Mithakhali 6 Roads.
The staff are hardworking and dedicated to offer service to the customers, patiently and without getting agitated.
Though replacement to my product took more than one month (reason for such low star rating), I was disappointed not getting it properly packed.
Another reason for not giving higher star rating is due to their non-responsiveness to my emails and also because of non-working of their landline phones! Have to visit personally to resolve any query!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years ago I replaced a keyboard mouse combo from here. Replaced another mouse today. Both were under warranty. Replacement process went smooth, you generally get new unit instantly, in under 15 minutes.
The staff is very polite and helpful. They followed COVID-19 protocols properly. Highly recommend this service center if/when you have any issues with Logitech products.

Staff members are extremely polite.
And my mouse came up with a sensor problem.
My mouse was under warrenty so they replaced my mouse with new one.
Services are too good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service centre. Starting from the gate itself, chacha is welcoming and guides you patiently. The employees too are understanding and listen to customer's requests. Most of the time the problem is solved in one visit only but you may need to visit more if parts are unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, my Logitech wireless mouse was not working so contacted the Logitech Customer Service they have suggested me to visit this service center in-person, after I've visited I found that mouse is under warranty with but serial number of the mouse not displayed properly but fortunately they have forwarded my request to Logitech and after one week of time I got the replacement.

My mouse scroller was malfunctioning which I bought from Amazon..so I have visited there...very smooth process...No questions asked about mouse(which you won't find in other service centres ?) showed my bill and my mouse and keyboard combo was not in stock....so it took 1 week and I got my new Keyboard Mouse Combo.... Thanks to Logitech Service Center)?
Edit: They are closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday so do don't visit on these days
