★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with staff response. One staff miss behavior leads me to leave the store without shopping. You lost one potential customer and create poorest image of your mega store. Salesman near camera and mobile department need to learn manners about how to talk with customers.
Feel insulted.
No doubt, all products are available and also maintained social distance, sensitizers, other covid-19 protocols.
It is safe to visit but some salesman need to learn manners.

Hello. I am harsh khatri. I just bought AC from your shop and they told to deliver within two days but yet its not delivered. Also they are not answering properly. I have experienced this twice and you are not giving proper service. So I’m expecting you to deliver my A.C. by tomorrow otherwise it will not good for you.

We have buy 2product freez and washing machin order and paid after 10days didn't get delivery and updation only one product we got after committed date not on that day very pathetic service wrong commitment no revert after follow never suggest any one to buy from them. I call many time customer care service and his manager but still not any reverts.
they revert they will connect me
after 24 hours still not any revert form vijay sales .they all making fack rating on google . they dont have intrest after get payment . i maid payment on 12th march 2022 and 26 march2022 .Mr Sunny And his Manager and kuldeep not get any revert back on my calls .very very pathetics services .all advertise is fake of his service . i m going to in consumer court ......i think its final solution

They talk sweet at the time of selling product but after sale you have to call again & again and explain your issue to ten different people. I'll never make a purchase again from Vijay sales.
