Started facing electrical issues after 1 year, which is a major problem. Had to spend a lot of money on rectifying it.
Maintenance charges are very high compared to it's competitors.
Damping in walls.
But if you visit a new flat for buying, you'll not find any flaw. All starts comming after a year or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Vista is one of the best project of Loharuka Group. I went there for site visit & talked with Mr. Arghya Mukherjee. Arghya is a super cool person and his behaviour is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not comment about the flats as it is under construction. But I have complaints about the behaviours of the associates (specially Lady associates). The associates involved in Urban vista projects are not at all co-operative. They are behaving totally different while purchasing flat and after registry. I have to follow up with several person for a single query/ request. Person A asks to check with Person B, Person B asks to check with person C --infinite loop.They are so rigid and will not help you at any cost. So if you stay outside India and thinking of purchasing flat in Urban Vista you will be in great trouble. Same person who talked to you over phone and confirmed he will do , after 2 hrs he himself ping you in whatsapp and told he can not do this please check with other person. If anyone from management team want to know what happened I can totally explained. And I want that they realise how to handle client/customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group is very slow in getting task completed. Handover was 6 months late. Setting up electricity meter, gym, lift, etc. were even further late by another 3 months. And surprisingly the residents has to face such problems after paying hefty maintenance charges. Even for getting paperwork completed, you need to keep visiting their office again and again for the same thing. Would recommend to lookout for other options.
