★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was referred here by one of my friend an ace photographer. he got a complete makeover done by AHMED..I stay in hyderabad but i visited here and it was a great experience.. Ahmed is extremely talented, works with dedication and does work with details.. doesnt hurry u up, takes his time to give u the best... his details in haricut, beard styling and the hair coloring is what impressed me. i had been searching for great beard n hairstylist.. got it in AHMED. Hatts off to this extremely talented guy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit here. They used single use sheets for the cover. Selected the senior stylist haircut option and the haircut was done by Abdul. I must say, he was too friendly as well as professional and really knows his work. He worked perfectly on all the customizations that we asked for the haircut and left the salon happy and satisfied. Would try this same salon again and preferably Abdul ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pedicure was good... expensive but ok... But was ruined by the rude service of the lady who sits there. Spent a bomb on my hair treatment as she said kerastase is the only hair spa they had....... super super expensive ... but the best part is she didn't even give me a decent blow dry . I didn't ask for a full blow dry but at least run a brush through it. I have visited salons all over the world and never have I got such appalling service. The team before this lady took over was much nicer . Please change her... she doesn't know how to speak to customers nor does she speak them with respect . Sorry but you have lost a customer and maybe some of my friends as well......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't have know how to do something, or don't have th proper things needed to do it, please do not even provide that service especially for such an expensive cost.
I went to get my gel nails removed, the person removing the gel polish did such a bad job, he ended up thinning my nail bed. (Now i know gel polish can thin the nail bed, but not as much as what happened with my nails)
He didn't use the proper technique for removing it either, did not shape the nails after, nor did he buff them properly.
To add on to all of it, instead of putting nail oil on them, and wiping it off with hot water (the way they do in LITERALLY every other salon) he put some random moisturizer on my nails which was not even supposed to go on the nails, making my fingers all sticky and greasy!
I won't be able to get my nails done again for months now considering how unevenly this person has reduced the thickness of my nailbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got hair treatment done chagres double as compare to other looks salons. For similar treatment other looks/other salons suggest to repeat it within a year whereas they are suggesting to repeat within 3 months. More than doing the treatment the team is interested to pushing other associated products. These products are also exorbitantly expensive.
Would not recommend this place.
