★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of a salon I am ever been too, reason is the owner of the salon herself , she is master in misbehaving & talking illogical. She runs offers & after taking money change the terms.
Went thrice because of good service by one staff but after experiencing the same behavior once with her staff, once with her own daughter and finally dealing with it myself decided to throw her offer card in her own salon dustbin instead of arguing with her.
More than anything, it's about the language & tone a person use which give an unpleasant experience to customers. I hope she don't mess with a customer who believes in answering in the tone she deserves. I personally don't believe in disturbing my mental peace for such people, Writing honest review for other prospective customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this salon. Worst experience till date. Kusum madam uploads status on WhatsApp of less price but when you visit there she denies by saying this offer is not valid.
I went there for global hair color snd and asked for brown color but what happened they did black color and tried to make me fool that after 3-4 wash it will become brown. What the hell man???? Am I blind or you people??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor poor poor service. My wife went for global hair color. She wanted brown color and asked for same and they did it black. When she asked other salon person which color can you see, he started arguing with her and said this is brown. Bloody blind person. The owner herself was there but didn't come in front to know what the matter was because she knew it was black color. Don't ever go to this salon. Madam kusum you are a coward.
