Completely unprofessional staff. If you want a cheap and pathetic service, you are good to go. Else there are many other salon that you can visit to in the same sector 46, Gurgaon. You will keep losing customers like this and in-fact you must have had.
Saying a SORRY will not help the customer. Even your staff is ruthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced for a basic haircut. And with the way hairdresser interacts with the reception manager about separate charges for hair wash, hair cut and taxes, it is so.obvious that they are deciding the prices on the spot, depending on how they have dealt with a customer. My hair dresser explicitly specified twice about charging taxes separately to the reception manager.
Not a pleasant experience. Wouldn't go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They guys seem very nice till u buy membership from them. I was charged 3k for a hair service which is offered at 1500 from a few much better salons in the same vicinity.
Pathetic. And u r caught in a trap because you already paid them for the membership
The receptionist checked with me my membership amount so that they can increase their actual cost accordingly before giving me the service.
I would never recommend to anyone atleast never taking the membership
