★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife got global hair color and smoothening done from here and the color is not at all visible. They don't even listen to the customers after taking money from the customer. I am not at all satisfied with the hair color as the color is not at all visible after spending a lot of money.
Moreover they don't even know if smoothening needs to be done before hair color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing my hair treatments like hair spa, head massage, hair cuts and all hair related pampering from SAJAD for last seven years. No one else has touched my hair ever since he has. He is great with his art and understands hair problems to the root level and is always suggestive of best ways to arrest hair problems.SAJAD has been doing a range of Kerastase Hair treatments on me which have given me great results. I highly recommend SAJAD at LOOKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide the worst service , my sister got hair color and smoothening done and the color is not at all visible. The smoothening got washed away after one wash . the hair color is not at all visible. Not even worth a penny to spend here.
They will not listen to you after taking money.
Worst experts , highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst salon in Gurgaon. The specialist here doesn’t even know if the color application needs to be done before smoothening or post that.
I told the specialist Yash whom they call their best specialist that I need both the services and he suggested to go with global color first which got fade out when I got my smoothening done after 10days of gap.
They will ask you to get the color with root touch up again and to pay for the service again for which you’re not responsible. Such greedy people they are.
My hair totally damanged now with a lot of hair loss.
Will again say this salon is not worth a penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst experts- Yash and Imran should not be even called hair experts. They don't even know if smoothening needs to be done before hair color. They will do hair color first and then smoothening. My wife faced a lot at their salon and her hair got damaged.
All of them including the lady at reception are highly unprofessional and rude, only greedy about money.
Don't waste your hard earned money here as they all are unprofessional here.

Terrible experience as the lady at the reception. was very rude (I don’t remember the name but I’m sure anyone can identify her as she’s on the top of rudeness)The hair dresser (don’t recall the name because it’s not worth) who was doing my hair was asked to advise/suggest he said where did I get my last hair cut (why u need to know that) and then asked to get a image from google and he’ll try to match. One can expect at least basic courtesy from saloon renowned as such; forget about getting the service right! Utter disappointment!! No value for money and a big no to Looks henceforth.

He also made helpful suggestions and seemed very passionate about his job. The receptionist was very helpful as well. Visiting Looks was a real treat. ??
