★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my makeup and hair done from Pratiksha. It was so good, I got a lot of compliments. I felt beautiful that day. Pratiksha did a wonderful job. She understood my needs and did the kind of makeover I wanted, nude yet elegant. She took care of the hygiene also. I will recommend her always. Thank you Pratiksha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Looks, C R Park for the first time & my experience was very bad.
One of the staves, Monica attended me. She made my eyebrows horrible. Moreover I asked her to do the basic facial on my face but at the time of billing she lied & charged me more than the actual cost that we had talked about; to which I agreed in the end to avoid cheap arguments.. But be very careful because they only care about billing you as much as possible. Especially Monica. Been to many good places before including Lakme and all but never seen a place like this that uses cheap tricks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service at this outlet. My wife went to the salon yesterday evening. She was offered facial and de-tan pack at a total price of 3.5 k by Anita. During the process, she told that she would do eyebrow and upper lip threading as complimentary and asked my wife to not disclose the same at the counter. After completing the facial, she applied sheet mask and left the room. When around 45 minutes had lapsed, my wife went to check where she had gone only to find that she could not open the door of the cubicle from inside. With adequate reasons to panic, my wife started calling for help and banging the locked door, which was not heeded to. After 10 more mins, the door was unlocked. During the billing process, my wife was informed that she has been billed for an amount of 6k. When she protested citing the initial agreement and the subsequent harssment she had faced, the staff started revising the amount, first to 5.5 k, then to 5k, which my wife subsequently had to pay. She was neither provided a physical receipt nor an e-receipt for the same.
Requesting the management to look onto the matter. How can a female customer be locked from outside in her cubicle and be left there for so long with no response even on repeated call for help? How can a customer be charged taxes and still not be provided with receipts even on requesting? We are contemplating legal action for the same.
We for ourselves, won't ever use the services of this salon, and would also ensure that none of our acquaintances visit the place. This place is absolutely not safe for females after 8pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Monica makeup artist for airbrush party makeup of mine and HD makeup of my MIL. She was the only artist working for two of us without any other staff help and had other bookings as well. I was not happy with the kind of makeup she did, the worst decision one could take on their own family function. Coming to hairstylist, I don’t believe he knows much other than suggesting curls to everyone. He did a bun as per my need but I was all time setting my hair from earlobe, he failed to set the hair with spray. Also, a hairstylist should be aware what kind of style to give as per your face, he flattened my hair from front and it looked worst in short.
The feedback from my MIL is same. The hairstylist should have sprayed something on grey hairs for her which even local salon are using at these days to give that perfect look.

I’ve tried many salons before but never have I gotten such consistently good haircuts from one place! 5/5 recommend him(Nazim) from looks CR park.
