★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited the salon in CR Park to get a haircut and I really gotta say, they are amazing. It was Atul, who gave me a haircut and trust me, he is one of the best hairstylist in the town and I am absolutely loving my new look.

The half n hour you mention includes 10 mins waiting after changing my dress and 15 mins of lying with my face pack on. Accept the facts and kindly improve. And I will not ever come back to your salon even for a complimentary service.
My husband and I went for a face clean up. Husband had a good experience. He got a 20 min massage with some body massage as well.
I had a pathetic service. For 1500 I got a hurried service of 15 mins. The girl kept repeating itne mein hum itna hi karte hain. Whereas the 10 other salons in the same area offer much better.
She was the only girl working. I understood it later coz I was left lying with my face pack for 15 mins and she didn't return. The lady in the next cubicle faced the same thing coz I could hear her shouting "koi hai"!! Finally the receptionist came down to clean the face pack. I didn't appreciate my face being touched by long manicured nails. But by then I was totally disgusted with the whole experience. They were too busy trying to sell their memberships.
That is 1500 down the drain for a 15 min service. Other salons around offer better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an upper lip and underarms waxing. Super high prices and I got a burn on my upper lip area, despite me informing them to take extra care for I have sensitive skin. (Edited - it isn't just redness. I'm having to massage icecubes so it may heal asap and I can only hope it doesn't get worse). The staff was courteous and polite but poor experience overall. Wouldn't recommend it.
