★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to blo bar several times..but more than the staff the owner is sarcastic, arrogant and rude. She pretends to be helpful but actually she’s quite unprofessional. Hands you a Nathabit methi jal and says itl work as a ‘leave in spray’. This is after getting a herbal hair spa..which earlier the staff said doesn’t go on scalp and later after pointed out by the owner was applied on the scalp halfway into the treatment. I was not once asked how I wished my blo dry to be done. They do the blo dry without asking and it really tugged and pulled on the hair. Quite disappointed with the staff and the services. Wouldn’t recommend to visit again. The staff doesn’t know their own treatments and procedure. The least one would expect is you to know the hairstyling products and their usage. They wouldn’t hand you a invoice Either and claim to send it on email which youl never get. They already have my email I’d in their records had they bothered to check. It’s good to have an air about yourselves, but pls first learn to handle customers and accept when you’re at fault vs trying to cover up with rubbish. Oh also, they dint hand me back my balance either. Quite a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The set up is fine and I’m sure so are the hairdressers but there were major drawbacks. Firstly, which non of the review mentions or non of the influencer would update - IT IS AN HIGH END HAIR ONLY SALON. It is very expensive either haircut costing as much as ₹3000 tax included. Secondly, no they were not polite. They did not even offer tea/coffee or water.
Thirdly, the haircut given wasn’t bad but a mere trim for ₹3000. Despite me demanding about wanting more layers they didn’t really pay any attention and said this is how it’s done. I had reference pictures and all of them having the same/desired hair length and cut.
No offence, these guys maybe experts but we people have experienced a zillion parlours for zillion services. This wasn’t the best or even close to best.
PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY YOUR FAVOURITE INFLUENCER’S RECO, THIS PLACE LEFT A MARK FOR SURE BUT A NEGATIVE ONE INDEED.
Money is not all, experience matters and they did not value their customer cz not everybody is an influencer or a known face but we are “paying” for those services so the basic is expected.
