★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a leg and underarm wax here. The service was fast but the quality was not good. The waxing was not done well and the hair was not pulled at the root- just broken at the surface so the hair grew back very quickly. I was charged a different amount yo that on the price list (more). I would not recommend for waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want it all. Fair price, good manners, nice environment and people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut. Its pleasant and professional and they do exactly what you want. Danny gave me an excellent haircut & beardstyle.
Soon I will be visiting again. It's awesome and thank you looks :)
Yep, it's bit costlier but worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although It was not my first time there but this time I went there for Keratin treatment which eventually was better than what I had expected. Asem did a really good work, he gave in his time and efforts for the best results. Now, I am in love with my hair :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just realized that I forgot to rate this establishment. So here goes..
Most "Looks Salon" Franchises have staff who are professional and courteous but for some reason I got worse of the bunch.
The person who was trimming my hair somehow cut his finger while cutting and stated to his co worker "look this is what happens with long hair"
And what boggles me is that being a male with hair length reaching the ears am supposed to be nodding approvingly to his remark that it is somehow my fault that this happened.
So to all people with short hair, they can probably safely go here but for others might want to carry a Band-aid for the poor artist who will have to cut your seemingly long hair~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone for hair colour. Rahul was very patient in guiding me and explaining the whole procedure and the colour which wud suit my skin tone. And trust me the results were better than i had expected. I m completely in love with my hair. ?? Thanks a lot Rahul and the entire staff of looks salon for being so professional. Well done and keep it up ? Highly recommended for hair services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First & most important thing I want to tell everyone that when you go for Hair Wash just check when shampoo and conditioner they are using.As we cannot see. I went to saloon for hair cut n hair wash they told me that they will charge 1500rs I told that price is too high as I am regular visitor in looks saloon in sector 9 Panchkula branch but they never charged so much. Then lady suiting at counter told me that she can offer me 10%discount.I agreed to it as I had no other option.
When the person started washing my hair I smelled fake shampoo n then conditioner but then I was siting quiet n observing it. When she washed ℹ suddenly asked which shampoo n conditioner you used, he told me that he used hair spa shampoo n conditioner which they buy online.I told asked him that without asking how you used this shampoo conditioner on me.
I got vv angry on him & told him that u can’t apply anything on me without asking me.
So I was shocked my their response.So I will never visit them again with such experience.

Although I visit Looks Salon everytime I need a haircut, it had been a hit and a miss for me until I got a stylist who understood my style and gave me a haircut that I absolutely loved! Whenever I visit Looks for a haircut, I get it done from that particular stylist only.
Is the rest of the staff good? I'm sure it is...I just prefer to tk my chances with the stylist who finally understood wht I need.
Generally speaking, their staff is very well trained and is very polite and courteous...something that I will rate them highly for.
Price-wise Looks Salon is definitely expensive.
Worth visiting...I'd say absolutely.
