★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the salon today and this was my second time. My first experience was decent where professionals pitched their services and I politely denied them.
Today, one of the professionals who cut and colored my hair pitched services and as usual, I denied it.
I don't understand, why these professionals have to make you realize of your flaws to sell services. I have accepted that I am ugly but they have stopped selling me services.
I am human and felt embarrassed when he was talking about my grey hair and selling global colours. Then another professional pitched for a hair spa saying that I have dry hair at the end of the hair length. Then they found lies and pitched lies treatment.
They didn't blow dry my hair. If they found out that I have hair lies then they could skip the haircut. They did the haircut as a service which was giving them revenue and didn't blow dry my hair.
They were uncomfortable touching my hair and could easily avoid my haircut, and I would be totally fine with it.
This whole experience was embarrassing.
l love the way they sell by making you realise your flaws.

I was really paranoid about it since it was the first time I was getting my hair coloured but I'm glad I chose looks salon as they have a very proffesional team. One of my colleagues recommended Looks salon Good Earth mall and fortunately i gave it a try....my first visit for color and a hair cut was awesome...and in last 2 years they have only exceeded the high level of expectations i have from them....over and over again. Whether it taking an appointment or their services or the ambience...all of it is completely professional. From the one off visit it is now a family salon for us as i recommended it to my wife and now take my kids there as well. I recommend their services...try it once and the wholesome experience shall make you a regular client as it happened to me. They are my perfect salon partners!

My recent experience was getting my hair coloured, for the first time. I got a two-tone balayage done, I was extremely nervous of the outcomes on my Virgin hair, but Vishal made this experience very smooth and comfortable for me. Vishal did an absolutely 7 star worthy work. Vishal was very professional and gave tips about aftercare too. He is an artist when it comes to hair. I love my hair more now, and I am extremely overwhelmed with the compliments I have been receiving. All thanks to Vishal.
