★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have their store in 2nd Floor, SS Plaza, Sec 47 Gurgaon.
Be careful while buying from this place. I called their Service Helpdesk number and it was answered by Medhavi. She advised that I should go to the store that closes at 8pm. Went to the store at 6.35pm to check on the spin bike I wanted to buy. Met a person called 'Monu' who claims to be the store manager.
Refused to give a demo, cited that the store was closing in 20 mins (7pm) and he didn't have the time. Refused to explain the features of the bikes. Had almost no knowledge of the product (or was missing coffee with his friends?). When asked about the after sales service - he said "I have given 10 demos throughout the day and its time to close."
He also did not advise on when other products would be available. He was quoting MRPs of the Product throughout. When asked why his price quote was so much higher than on the Reach Amazon Store, his answer was - "it is this way only", "you don't need to come to the store, you can buy on Amazon". When asked if any part went bad in a machine, how they would help, the answer was - "nothing goes bad"
Totally unprofessional setup and staff. Seems like a home-grown operation and have hired boys off the street. I have gone ahead with other more reliable and established companies that can assure me of professional management of after-sales and product related services. Be wary! Don't pump in your money to these new-business ventures that are only importing and selling. They seem like money-making operations who want to sell, make their profit but don't want to provide any after-sales assurances to customers. When questioned about the history of the business enterprise to establish credibility - this fellow refused to share details of the business owner as if it was a secret! He claimed, he has been instructed by the business owner - "not to share any info regarding himself".

These guys know their products and have a great attitude towards customer service.Their team will go a step above to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with your order. I use Reach Fitness equipment for my personal use and I am completely happy with the quality of the equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store and the brand have a pathetic concept of customer service. Bought a spin bike from the Reach store in Gurgaon, and everything from the product delivery onward was uncoordinated and inefficient. The customer executives believe that they have many customers, so your preference as a customer does not matter. No notifications will be sent for any delivery or installation update; you will end up calling their store number several times and the calls will remain unanswered. There will be no call back, as they do not have the option to call you back once you have ordered a product. I returned the product after following up for 5 days. Spare yourself a coordination nightmare and steer clear of these Neanderthals who believe they can do business without factoring in customer satisfaction.

Finally I personally experienced it in the REACH Fitness Store, Good Earth Mall.Thanks to its state of art body detection technology, one of the highest numbers of air bags found in massage chairs. Superb adjustability will offer the best massage experience. I would like to say, this is the best gift for my parents on this Diwali. A big thanks to REACH for the exceptional service.

Just walked a couple of miles on the Reach Invicta and am totally satisfied.
Product quality is awesome and so is the buying experience.

Quality is good (commercial gym level), and the products were delivered just the next day since I stay in Gurgaon as well.
I was looking for a dependable local fitness equipment seller, after trying other non-local sellers online. Had a good experience.
Their prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected in a big city like Gurgaon especially with the pandemic (prices shot up everywhere).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MADE A BIG MISTAKE..DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS AT REACH FITNESS
3rd class company , never order any product from these guys. 1st of all they will send you broken product ( I ordered Reach AB110 bike last week) and then when you ask for replacement they will delay it further. Their delivery guy took Rs 500 extra for installation on 3rd floor and the company will always deny that they took this additional amount from their customers. Their sales team guy is very illiterate and he doesn't know how to talk to their customer.
Pathetic service!!!!!
