★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience- went to looks in club2 capetown and ended up with a crooked trim. It started with burning of scalp with hot water- which can be a human error and can be pardoned. The hairstylist surely didnt know what a reverse bob means. He trimmed it in not a slant but a weird wave- short long short long in a haphazard manner. In order to fix the cut he went on chopping my hair till nothing was left.
He told me i should go for a deep conditioning treatment (he put a loreal conditioner and left it for 10 min- i use the same one at home) and guess what i paid 1000 bucks for a cut gone wrong- and “deep conditioning “ which was almost useless.
Please dont trust these people with a trim , let alone a real haircut. Worst - they werent wven apologetic.
