★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hair colour and highlights, keratin treatment by Arjun. Too good and too professional.
Since past 3 months I'd been a regular customer at mirakee. Twinkle knows the best hospitality and Arjun is the best stylist.
But the other hair dresser doesn't have any sense. He tried to wash my keratin hair with a normal shampoo, on being informed he felt irritated. Post he informed that my hair arre like'kachra' (garbage). On doing touch up of my highlighted hair, he doesn't listen to me or even tried to speak to Arjun about the touch up colour. He just put the colour he wanted, which resulted in a black texture at roots and not going well with highlights. Post that he asked for feedback, on being told that is not the exact colour, he just ignored and started attending the other customer. On asking that why he asked for feedback when he can't take it, he was just being ignorant. A ridiculous behaviour of one attendant, wherein all others including the owner are so good. One incidence can make or break the reputation.

Went to this Salon around 10 days back for haircut, now I can say have found one of the best salon of Noida. Guy name Viru did my haircut and he did a fabulous job, he knew what he was doing and understood what I was asking.
Also the graceful lady ( the owner) was very sweet.
I was so concious while taking the service and was so much relaxed once it was done.
They earned the trust. I totally recommend this salon, cheers to the team and thank you so much.

My go to person is Twinkle at the front desk and Arjun who is an expert there. I highly recommend Arjun as he puts extra effort to make your visit worth.

This was my first time getting my hair coloured and they guided me on each and every step. They told me about the aftercare in depth too. I got what i wanted and i am very happy with the results. the professionalism and friendliness in the staff and hygiene of the salon is definitely a plus.
