★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Catholic (Jesuit) Church has a long standing history. Placed in a central location (Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road) it serves as a Parish Church for a part of the Taltala area.
It has masses in both English and Bengali on Sundays and other days. Feast days and Holy Week attract bigger crowds.
Recently reopened post renovation it is looking better than ever.
The church premises also has halls, guest rooms (for the religious), a library, basketball court and the famed Chitrabani institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my favorite Church with a single floor prayer hall. Having such a Gothic structure with huge elevation was under renovation for last three years, now came to a shape. It has been transformed into two floors now. Two slanting evacuation exit was made on either side of the Church. First floor to be used as prayer alter and the ground floor will be let out for social functions to meet the maintenance cost of the entire complex including the Church. Not a bad idea at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My lovely Parish would be a definite visit being one of the oldest parishes around this area over 160 years old. Sunday masses happens with some nice sermon. Lovely priests around for any help required.
Being renovated now. Once done its gonna be more amazing.
