The technician came for installation charged irrelevant for aftermarket part and was unable to provide the genuine bill and bosch manager said do what you want i can't provide you. We do own ifb and lg appliances but never faced issues like in bosch. Both of lotus and bosch after sales services are worst. Either go with lg or ifb and specially do not purchase from lotus electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am purchase the AC today & requested to install by eod after confirmation by executive Ashish kuswaha & Irfan ji ,I am finalise this with payment but Lotus jabalpur executive Ashish continuing told me for installation over call but not installed till this time & no any call received by installer or ashish Kuswaha.
False commitment done by Ashish & Irfan ji(Lotus jabalpur) for sell his products.
Don't trust the executive they are fraud.
I am also raise this to higher authority of Lotus company.

Even buying something very cheap has a long standing paperwork as if you're buying a car that too on loan.
Needs a huge overhaul in terms of customer experience.
Only good thing is its location and parking space.
