★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased from Reliance digital Jabalpur..Purchased Kelvinator AC, the staff just sells with false promises, they say 2 day delivery ,product comes in 8-10 days, and then for installation no one comes.. after calling multiple times on reliance and wasting hours, one person comes to install. ac works ok for a week and then fan makes noise.. now spent a week calling Customer care no service from reliance. Really Bad, DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, BUY FROM ANY OTHER STORE. AS NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED LATER,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have decent items in store but I think, compared to reliance digital in Metro cities like Blr, Chennai etc, they have very less varieties. Also, they don't have proper customer handling capabilities. Technically also they are weak in explaining their products. They don't have Digital cameras or security cameras in store. Ambiance, parking and store capacity I'll rate 4, but overall 3 is too much.
