Store Not Recommended
Dear Store Owner,
This is genuine feedback from our end and we hope that you will not be defensive about it
For the first point, i agree that i left, since i had a busy schedule. i was asked to wait as the fittings were not done properly. Hence, i requested them to complete the alterations properly so that i can collect it the very next day.
Today also, same thing happened, alterations were not done properly and this time i had to cancel my programme and waited for next 30 mins at the store.
For the second point, i already paid 1800 for a simple suit and I had no issues in paying 100 rs extra but it was not worth it considering the suit was not prepared properly.
You can see in the image of the suit. To correct the arm fitting, 2 cuts were made near the arms which is not at all looking good.
I had no other option but to leave the store without spending any further time.
I have explained enough and wont be replying to any of your future responses
