★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought it in 2014 and then itself 2 floors were completed out of planned total 4. From 2015 onwards the construction is at snails pace and many times stopped and still the project is not completed. Many families had to move without much facilities owing to the huge EMI they had to pay including me. Still need to put lot of pressure to the builder to fulfill the basic offerings. Towards end the premium apartments that were being offered is getting shaped to a below standard apartment. Seems the builder lost interest in it nowadays. Off late there have been attempt to increase the rating which you can see with only stars without any comments which needs to be understood as the advertising gimmick. Even in some of those pics you can see lot of construction materials in the background of car parking which is still lying over there. I don't want to waste more time as there would be no stop if I continue writing those...For the public, you can come and check the status live if you still want to give it a try and consult anyone who lives here for the actual feedback

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this apartment since last 6 months. There is absolutely no progress made in last 6 months.
I was impressed with the specification of the project and bought a flat almost 2 years ago. Now when it has come to completion stage the quality began to deteriorate significantly. The work is almost stopped these days and whatever they do is of low quality with unskilled workers.
There is no professional at the site who controls the project. No civil engineer, No contractor, No supervisor, No Maintenance incharge, No professional security team and No skilled labour.
This project might have started with good intentions but now it is in a stage where the builder is not even bothered to buy a bigger dust bin to collect the garbage. Builder just doesn’t care anymore and does not have any intention to complete the project.
Builder may claim that several families are living here but please note that we have to fight with the builder on daily basis for small things like garbage collection, water supply, security etc and these days the builder is not even reachable for any discussion on completion of pending works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our relatives stay here and are having nightmares staying in this Apartment. Basic facilities are also not available. In current situation where so many other projects are offering so many facilities this builder is least interested even in providing the basic facilities also to the residents. Security here is the main concern, there are no walls build around the property due to which along with human its become home for dogs and pigs as well. Basic parking also not available. Please visit the place and talk to residents before even thinking of buying here. Don t go by any reviews here. go directly to the property and talk the residents they will give you a full story of how the builders have been cheating them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If google would have provided minus rating then I would have have given that. I bought a flat last year June paying a lot of price for Move In apartment and I shifted to my flat last November. At first they said it is move in condition and all the amenities will be ready by December. But till now the project is under construction phase. It is not known to any of us(residents) when the project is going to be completed.
First of all, MD of the project is always out of reach. But whenever we got chance to forcefully talk to him, he always lie to us.
Second, the labourers, water tanker guy, guards, garbage collector guys and cleaning ladies are not paid since a long time. Because of that there is almost no labour to complete the project.
Third, there is no engineer for this project anymore, so one can only imagine how the project is going to complete without engineer.
Fourth, there are no professional guards there for the project from last 3 months. So anyone can imagine the security of the apartment.
Fifth, it is always like, we, residents of the apartments are beggars rather than consumer of the project .
At last, their people do talk and behave very nicely, but the problem is that they do not have any ownership of anything and they deceive people some time.
So anyone interested to buy, think a lot before buying any flat here.

1. This property is under litigation
2. Terrace water proofing is not completed
3. North side compound wall is still not constructed
4. ~60% work is only completed so far. Etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live, very spacious rooms & corridors ,well ventilated, vaastu friendly flats, Each flat has minimum 1 or more balcony, No disturbance, less pollution, peaceful . We have got a good community with cheerful and friendly people.
Have some pending work left by builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All positive reviews are fake from Builder. Project was supposed to be completed in 2015 Just walk into the complex and you will find the North side compound wall not built. Oh don't forget to look at the Club house and swimming pool (if at all you find them), which is world class as per builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been living here for more than 4 years now. It's been one of the worst decision in my life to decide to buy a flat here. Starting from major security concerns like no compound wall to heavily leaking builder flats like B-401, this is worst nightmare turning into reality. We have not been able to reach the builder also and have lost complete hope now!!
