★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area looks like Tamil Nadu and AP. Not like my Bangalore/Karnataka. Can see lot of dead body (non veg) shops in dirty street. Inside the apartment is ok ok.. I don’t know why people like this kind of area... thuuuuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well managed residential complex executed by Oceanus Group (a major developer in South India) - on Hosa Road off Sarjapur Road at Kasavanahalli, Bangalore. It is a 12 storey residential building complex with 6 Towers altogether (and similar adjoining complexes) - each tower consists of nearly 60 flats (roughly). It offers all basic amenities, easy access to various shopping complexes, schools, hospitals and the like.
Traffic situation on the main road is a hassle often - a common Bangalore scene !
A very nice residential complex ofcourse in the location......??
