No time management and no priority given to customer.
If you give a particular time or day to the customer for a minor length alteration, kindly do so punctually.
Very disappointed with the service quality. Total disregard to customer. No responsible person to deal with such a minor issue.
Highly frustrating and disappointing from such a good brand. Kindly replace the staff and appointment someone responsible.
