★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there had been an option to add on more stars i wud hv surely added those...a by chance small meet at the Tourism Fair wud lead to dis gud an operator is a rare combination...i being a lady travelled with dem wit my small kid and more than me my husband was at peace back home....my kid now wants to travel abroad only wit dem...so much so she( only of 9 yrs) is even ready to travel wit dem alone....i hope dis xplains their service quality...a special mention for Mr. Somnath Dutta of course shudnt be missed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LTY was our first foreign tour organizer. We visited Thailand for 6 nights & 7 days. Overall experience was really very good. Thanks a ton for arranging such wonderful tour.
I can assure you to go with LTY.
Pros: No hidden cost.
Cons: For Flight fares they charged some extra bucks.
Note: My opinion is pls tell the customer for the extra charges. It will help you to get the full trust of customer. I think if you tell about the extra charges customer will not mind. But if they know later then the Trust will break.
P.S- In near future I'll sure travel with LTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the most horrible experience in my life from this travel agency. They don't have any proper management nor have any responsibility for the tourists. Their fooding & lodging are very poor. I can't able to explain what a bad food we have served in our whole tour.They used to have a good eyewash when people go to their office for reporting their problem. I would request all of the those who are reading this review.Please don't have any tour with this travel (Love Thy Nature). And if u want to have the same experience then have a tour with them.
