★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Had just given watch for servicing, but instructed him to let me know the charges before starting the repair. Even the watch repairer has confirmed that without your permission, watch won't be repaired. But without my approval, still the watch was repaired and charges told to me was too high. When I confronted why watch was repaired without my approval as I was uncomfortable with charges the watch repairer started behaving improperly with me saying we tried contacting you, but you were not available, this and that. Kindly say isn't his mistake that he repaired the watch? ?? Folks, if you going at his shop for watch repair, please be careful. Whatever feedback I have shared is true, real and genuine. Nothing personal grievances!
