To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Talking about our head means Boss. he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building. I was hesitant and scared when i joined as i found him bit strict as a manager but now i find him more as a friend. Seniors here are there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about my office life with my friends and family too. Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have made such beautiful relationships here. Like everything about this company.

I gone through the interview rounds with Lumiq.ai. Sharing the experience stepwise for better understanding which follows:- 1 – Received call from Prashant Kumar ( HR ) . He is very professional and good in nature. 2- After telephonic round, they scheduled the video call interview with Sameer. 3- Cleared the video round with Sameer, they told me, you came to Noida for final discussion round. 4- I reached the Noida during this pandemic, I met the person which name is Dobia, and we had great interaction, he talked very nicely and interviewed, to asked about myself, job profile and so on.. also shared information about the company Lumiq, etc. I explained details regarding my job profile and showed my sample work, and he was quite impressed and gave me assessment work. 5- After submitting the assessment( He likes my work), Prashant(HR) called me and said, we scheduled final round of discussion interview. 6 - On a zoom call with Sneha Pandey ( Senior Hr ), we finalized the all things about my package and all & sent all relevant documents which needs to release the offer letter as she required. Here is the Game begin:- Prashant called me again, and said, we scheduled final face to face round then I asked I have done all rounds. He said this is the last round, just a simple discussion about company policies and other stuffs. I went to Noida again and met with Dobia Sir, After waiting of 3 hours, they gave me again aassessment and said you have create presentation here in the office, So I created the presentation and submit, then Sameer came into my cabin and appreciated my work. I gave 8-10 interview round at Lumiq. On next day, Prashant called me, and discussed again about the compensation which was already finalized between Sneha Pandey & I. This time Prashant offered a new compensation which less then ( around 1 lacs) that they offered me before. I told him, pls do checked with Sneha Pandey we already decided the final package. And still I waiting for the call from the Prashant & Lumiq end. All the interview process which take place around more than one month. Moral of the story:- 1 - Lumiq is the start-up company, they opened their office in Noida before a month ago. 2 - Inexperienced leaders that run the company. 3- Pls do not go for any kind of interview. Don't know when the company will shut down. 4-I working in Genpact India, I waste 2 days that went to Noida for interview and waste many hours to attend zoom sessions & phone calls as working professional recommend to all pls don’t waste your time with Lumiq even if they will gave any % hike. Strongly No for Lumiq. It’s my responsibility to feedback about the company and save money and time of working professional as like me
