It is best for fresher's as they teach you perfectly and then gives project to you. Proper guidance is provided as well as all colleagues are happy to help you with any issues. This behave of my colleagues helped me to learn fast. Even when I get stuck with my project, and need help, my seniors always review my code and then guide me. I never felt helpless here.
My experience here is really awesome. Getting good colleague and good work environment is not possible everywhere, but you can find it here. No one makes you feel that they are senior to you, but they make you feel friendly and keep the environment good so that you can always work with the free and happy mind. No bossism culture is followed here, instead, each and every one is too friendly.
The best part is Fandoo Friday celebrated on any Friday (mostly 3rd or 4th Friday) every month. This is the day when you are free from all the burdens and is completely relaxed for few hours. All you need to think is how to win the game. All the managers can be seen as a kid at this time. Fandoo Friday includes games and then cake cutting with snacks party.
