★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an water purifier serviced at Rs 300 km 19th Sept. I went to my hometown next day and returned on 4th. I returned on 4th Oct late night and purifier was not working. Called them and they have no record of my service. Asked 349 rupee of getting the service done again. I asked to I require service again she said she dont how as she dont have any record of my service.

Did you increase your service charge within 2 weeks.
I was never informed that I have 7 days warranty for the service done.
There was call from RepairAdda on 20 Sept but I never used the filter after getting serviced on 19th evening.
Lastly when talking to your phone you are not so polite what you are while writing response on public forum.
