★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased 5 different Luxury Fans from Luxaire Bangalore 3 years back. And based on our overall experience I would not recommend the fans to anyone. First of all, those are very very costly fans as compared to the other luxury brands available in market. Secondly apart from good looking, they don't have any other speciality or quality I mean we purchase Fans for the Air circulation, but these Fans have very slow speed and as it gets older, it gets very very slow. Therefore you will not get the desired comfort or air and therefore the basic purpose of purchasing the Fan gets defeated. Thirdly they are very poor in servicing. These Fans tend to get very slower as days passes. But they don't have service executives or service Stations where one can contact and get these fans repaired. These Fans which are costlier than televisions or iphones, and you dont get proper service also. If we compare the network of service stations of mobile phones or TVs, then you can probably judge or compare the severity of this problem. I reside in Panvel and required to repair by local electritian due to non availablity of service from Luxaire. Lastly the blade of one Fan literally broke while we were a sleep. Fortunately nobody harmed in this incident. That time they send the person and repaired. But I was not at all expecting this kind of accident from so called high profile brand. Therefore I write this detailed review for knowledge of all and everyone should take the informed decision before purchasing this brand.
