★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have no idea what they stock! Was sent to them from their other branch in Peenya to get cement sheet accessories - "available in our other shop saar". Other shop doesn't pick up the phone for days. Finally they do, and assure us they have the stuff. When we get there, they say they don't have it. Try to send us to another shop in k r market. What a joke, except for the time and fuel spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Sales person Irfan is very irresponsive. Even after after advance payments, material not despatched. Even not informed. Deapite ten calls on his phone, he does not receivw calls. And highly unprofessional on how to talk to customers.
Not a trustworthy person. Yet to receive the material. God knows how wil be the quality.
