★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to stay in Gurgaon sector 28, the cook is amazing the maintenance is very good the area is also pretty decent you get a good parking space with two wheeler all your four wheeler, very clean maintained, I stayed there for almost 6 months and it was very pleasant, contact Shivam for any queries, even during the COVID19 situation, the maintenance was at par and it was very hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well equipped, with good cook (albeit fixed menu, on weekly basis) spacious cupboards, new furniture (as it was opened only in January) However, the 4/5 star is because of the kind of road that approaches the place. Even with little amount of rain(owing to the low lying area it is situated in, between Golf Course road and Galleria market) it gets flooded badly. To make matters worse, it isn't the rainwater that gets accumulated, but water from the drains (as it is a level above the road that flanks the PG, and adjacent to Hamilton Road). Entire water gushing through nearby localities is literally expelled by the drains here and making it near impossible to reach here unless you have access to a cycle rickshaw, who btw charge 100 bucks from the main road till the PG, the only time they're in demand and can fleece. Additionally, they say that's the situation every year(since atleast a couple of years). It's shocking to see how people in the three adjacent apartments (Sheeba, Hermitage and Rose apartments) have just adjusted that way of life and perhaps find it as a July August routine ritual!!
Should a deluge like 28th July 2016 happen(Google about it), the place would totally be Submerged.
